All orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

  • Custom or pre-order items
  • Public holidays and weekends

Typical processing times:

  • Books: 5–10 business days
  • Apparel (Hoodies & Sweaters): 5–10 business days
  • Bundles: 3–10 business days
  • Custom Orders: As agreed upon during purchase

Processing times do not include shipping or delivery times.

  • Selected International Destinations (where available)

5. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking information.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Incorrect contact information

Additional shipping fees may apply if orders need to be re-shipped.


7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.

While we will assist in investigating delayed shipments, we cannot guarantee courier delivery times.

8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of:
    • The damaged item
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label

Failure to provide supporting evidence may affect eligibility for replacement or refund consideration.


9. Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

10. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and intellectual property reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable:

Books

Books cannot be returned if:

  • They have been read extensively
  • They are damaged by the customer
  • They show signs of misuse
Apparel

Hoodies and sweaters cannot be returned if:

  • They have been worn
  • They have been washed
  • Tags have been removed
  • They show signs of damage caused after delivery
Custom Products

Custom-made products, personalized items, and special orders are non-refundable unless defective.


11. Exchanges

Size exchanges for apparel may be considered subject to:

  • Stock availability
  • Product condition
  • Return approval

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges.


12. Refunds

Approved refunds may be processed when:

  • A replacement is unavailable
  • The item cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced
  • For our books we do not offer refunds

We Cover Return Shipping If:
  • Incorrect product was sent
  • Product arrived damaged
  • Manufacturing defect exists
Customer Covers Return Shipping If:
  • Wrong size selected
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product chosen during checkout

14. Pre-Order Products

Pre-order items are subject to production schedules.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Estimated delivery dates may change.
  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing or supply chain issues.

Pre-orders may not be cancelled once production has commenced unless otherwise stated.


15. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale purchases may be subject to separate shipping and return agreements.

Approved wholesale partners should refer to their wholesale agreement for specific terms.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
